Hefei Ruimin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. operates a modern, efficiently organized manufacturing facility located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China. With a total floor area of 1,000 square meters, our factory is specifically designed for the production, assembly, testing, and packaging of high-quality automotive sensors. The facility integrates R&D, production, quality control, and logistics under one roof, enabling fast response times and strict process control.
Production Capacity & Layout
Our 1,000-square-meter factory is divided into several functional zones:

Component preparation area – Incoming inspection and storage of electronic components, housings, and connectors.

Assembly lines – Semi-automated assembly stations for different sensor types (speed sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, etc.).

Calibration & testing area – Equipped with programmable test benches and environmental simulation chambers.

The facility currently supports a monthly production capacity of over 50,000 units across various sensor models, with the ability to scale up based on order volume.
Production Team
The factory is staffed by a dedicated production team of 20 trained operators and line supervisors. Each team member undergoes systematic training on assembly procedures, testing protocols, and safety standards. Regular skill assessments ensure consistent output quality and operational efficiency.
Quality Control System
Despite a lean QC team of one specialist, our quality control system is rigorous and well-structured. The QC engineer performs:

The factory includes a dedicated warehouse area with organized shelving and inventory management. Fast-moving SKUs are kept in a “quick-pick” zone to reduce lead times. We work with major shipping partners (sea, air, express courier) and handle all export documentation from our facility.
